3. Is it true that PATH can deviate 1,000 feet from the approved routing?
4. How close can you come to a residence? To other structures, such as barns and other shelters.
5. What are the health hazards from living close to a power line of this size? Can you categorically state that no health hazard exists?
6. What is the impact of having your new lines running alongside the existing 500 kV lines?
7. Have you looked at all the alternatives to your proposed routing? Have you exhausted the alternatives?
8. How many routes have you identified and assessed?
9. What independent assessments or studies have been done for laying out the routing?
10. How much of the electricity is for Loudoun or Virginia?
11. Is it true that this electricity will be generated at a coal burning plant in West Virginia?
12. Who is the PATH line going to service directly? How will Loudoun County benefit directly?
13. How much land do you have to clear within the easement? Will all trees be cut down?
14. What about the damage to peoples’ property? What about the lost property value?
